  Check if the brush head is securely connected to the extension rod and handle. If properly connected and it still doesn’t work, please contact us via your Amazon order.

• The brush is hard to control and spins.

  To maintain control, ensure the brush fits the cleaning surface properly and avoid using only the edge of the brush. Edge contact can cause instability.

• What is the waterproof standard of IPX7 level?

  The IPX7 level indicates the product can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes without damage.

• How can we achieve better cleaning effects?

  For optimal results, use with a cleaning detergent and increase cleaning frequency as needed.
